Meet Lauren! A modern-day superwoman and fearless female, Lauren eats, breathes and sleeps girl power. At just 22 years old, she’s an award-winning mentor, author, and founder of Girls Above Society, a non-profit dedicated to empowering teen girls to feel confident and positive as they face pressures from today’s media-driven society. A victim herself of cyber-bullying in middle school, Lauren knows just how tough it can be for girls coming-of-age in a digital era. For Lauren, this issue is personal, which is why she created a 10-week curriculum and workshop that she hopes to one day take nationwide.
Lauren doesn’t think that any girl should buy into what society pressures her to do, look like, or say, and for her it’s most important to surround herself with people and products that align with her core values (like us)!
